No. Unlike hosted SaaS platforms, ECOMsimple does not charge a percentage of your sales. You pay your monthly plan and your standard payment-processing rates through KAJA (via Accept.blue) — nothing skimmed off the top by a platform.
The one-time build fee covers designing and deploying your custom storefront and admin, configuring payments, tax, and shipping, importing your catalog, and training your team. The cost depends on your catalog size and how much customization you need. Most stores go live within a few weeks.
Storefront checkout is powered by KAJA (via Accept.blue), with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and saved cards for faster repeat purchases. We configure it all as part of your build.
